Job Overview & Work Site

 

POSITION SUMMARY:
The TPS Project Manager utilizes project management skills, strategies, and toolsets, along with strengths in leadership, communication, and organization skills to plan, execute, and close projects that align with the growth initiatives of the TPS companies and physical therapy clinic partners.

 

WORK SITE:

The Project Manager may work out of the office in Fernandina Beach, FL, Rome, GA, or remote.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Planning: Develops detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
    • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Team Leadership: Leads cross-functional project teams, provide clear direction, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
    • Assists with managing projects related to the implementation of strategic initiatives working closely with business line owners, management, and stakeholders to identify resources, establish timelines and milestones to ensure successful execution.
    • Builds productive working relationships.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintains effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure project progress and expectations are well-managed.
    • Develops and disseminates information on a continual basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Developing professional expertise; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
    • May refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
    • Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
    • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Timeline Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and project closure reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Some travel required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

 

SALARY & BONUS:

  • Base Salary: $65,000/year
  • Bonus Potential: Annual performance-based bonus: Up to 5-10% of base salary (Based on company performance, individual performance, and meeting project KPIs (I.e. Project timelines)

License & Experience

 

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Project Management).


EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • 2 – 5 years’ related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact with stakeholders across the business, balancing multiple priorities at once.
  • Ability to function as a strong member of a highly motivated and integrated organization team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (I.e. Wrike, MS Project, etc.)
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Tableau is a plus.
