We invite you to join a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other and the community.
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day.
We work together.
As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Georgia Carolina Orthopedics, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
We invest in our people.
We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and our TPS Orthopedic Residency Program.
Our patients are what drive us.
We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment.
What we treat.
Our clinicians carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. You'll also get to work in a multidisciplinary collaboration with our physician/surgeon neighbors at Georgia Carolina Orthopedics (Comprehensive Orthopedic Care - Georgia Carolina Orthopedics).
Our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including on-site medical imaging, regenerative medicine, manual therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy services.
How we do it.
We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.
We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
What do you want to do?
Do you have a strong specific interest or passion? We'll help you get there. We can support specialty therapy services.
Where do you want to go?
As a growing company, we offer opportunities for advancement and career planning. If you desire to become a clinical instructor, clinic leader, director, or open a new clinic, to name a few, we can help you reach the professional goals you have set for yourself.
