Position: Occupational Therapist

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic (No weekends!)

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Specialty/Requirements:  Experience working with patients with wrist/hand dysfunction

                -Preferred: 2-years of experience, CHT or interest in pursuing.

What You’ll Treat

 

As part of our outpatient team, you’ll work with patients across a wide range of upper‑extremity diagnoses, from post‑surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have the time, autonomy, and resources to do their best work. That’s why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship for our newer clinicians, aligned with your interests, whether you’re refining manual techniques, learning new protocols, or preparing for the CHT exam.

License & Experience

 

Requirements for this position include the following: 

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program 
  • Active or pending state occupational therapy license
