Your Caseload
You’ll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.

• Thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads
• Limited drive time between visits as much as possible
• Clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day‑to‑day challenges

• Collaboration with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues for a comprehensive, team‑based approach to care

Part-Time Employees are Entitled to:

• 1.5 + weeks of Front-Loaded PTO and 6 Paid Holidays
• 401K with 50% employer match

PRN Employees are Entitled to:

• 401K with 50% employer match

Requirements for this position include the following: 

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program 
• Active or pending state occupational therapy license
• Comfort working independently in the home setting 
• New Graduates welcome to apply
