A Unique Opportunity in a Retirement Community

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist for a hybrid role within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide care in two distinct settings: the on-campus outpatient gym and the home health environment, serving residents in cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. All care is delivered within a small geographic radius, minimizing travel time and maximizing the quality of care.

What Makes This Role Unique?

  • Minimal drive time: Deliver care to a close-knit community without the hassle of long commutes.
  • Blend of outpatient and home health: Gain diverse experience while building meaningful relationships with residents.
  • Outpatient gym: Treat patients with modern equipment in a supportive environment.
