Because we are therapists ourselves, we understand the realities of clinical practice and have built a company that prioritizes support, teamwork, professional growth, and meaningful patient outcomes. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, we value collaboration and work closely within a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

Why Join?

We work together.

  • Therapists serve as clinical leaders, providing hands-on, day-to-day support within each clinic.

We Invest in Our People

  • We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow.
  • Structured mentorship and onboarding for new graduates or those new to the setting.
  • Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training, and certifications.
